# Automatic Caching

Bonsay Recman WP Plugin will automatically fetch and cache Recman data.

The cahcing interval will change during the day. This is because the likelyhood of new job posts, or other changes in Recman, will occur during the work day.

To make sure the caching fits your timezone, it is important to set the correct timezone for your Wordpress site. This is set in Wordpress under: Settings > General > Timezone.

This is the schedule for how often the plugin will cache data:

| Time          | Interval         |
| ------------- | ---------------- |
| 00:00 - 07:00 | Once per hour    |
| 07:00 - 18:00 | Every 15 minutes |
| 18:00 - 23:00 | Every 30 minutes |
| 23:00 - 00:00 | Once per hour    |

**Manually fetch new data**

You can fetch new data from Recman by clearing the cache. This is done in the upper Wordpress admin toolbar or in the Recman menu in Wordpress Admin sidebar.
